I would change how we dress.

Hear me out now…

I’m not saying the 80’s and 90’s didn’t contain a certain….joie de vi·vre…(eh hem) and I do in fact have blue hair because thats how I choose to express myself. We have the freedom to dress and express ourselves how we’d like in this incredible day and age, but let’s face it; girls don’t dress and style their hair the way they used to.

Ok ok!

THAT’S OK. (I like my tattoos, blue hair and piercings.) But I’d like to have the option to put on a vintage dress, fasten my hat, put on my gloves and head out on the town, with girlfriends for a cosmo and a smoke. (I’m just writing. Don’t smoke. Its bad for you.)

But:

What I’d really like to focus on here, is what we’ve lost since the days of Alexander Hamilton and fictional characters like Jay Gatsby and even The Count of Monte Cristo. I dont even know what they were wearing, but gosh it looked so nice! Ladies? Am I on my own here?
