If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?
Good Lord, “ain’t“. The word makes my skin crawl-no it’s not even a word. The conglomeration of letters makes my skin crawl. Of course when I told my children that the word wasnt allowed in our house, then I was in for it. Have we really regressed so much that words like “ain’t” are now in the dictionary?
