I would like to use my story of postpartum depression, psychosis, anxiety and OCD after the birth of my first child to help women who are drowning.

I Wish

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

I wish I had told my children that I wasn’t leaving them when I went away. That I had to go away. That I could not trust their father and that I would be coming for them. I wish I had said that, but I had to leave so fast I didn’t. I can’t imagine how horrifying that was for them. It breaks my heart.
